Work principles

Humanism. The main part of design is its impact on the people —whether it’s emotional impact, functionality, education, or anything else.

Ethicality. A designer must think about the impact their work makes on people or the environment, and they should avoid having their work be used for harm.

Inclusivity. Design must not voluntarily exclude oppressed groups of people, and the interface must be convenient for people with special needs.

Performativity. The process of creating design is as important as the result.
